Leanne Young, KC is a Harvard trained Chartered Arbitrator, Mediator and Negotiator based in Alberta. An alternative Dispute Resolution specialist with extensive experience in mediation, arbitration and adjudication. Over the last two decades, Ms. Young has facilitated disputes involving individuals to highly complex matters involving multiple parties, consistent throughout is a respectful, clear and inclusive process.

Ms. Young holds a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Science. As well, she has been accepted into the Executive Master of Laws program at the London School of Economics and Political Science in London, England. Ms. Young was awarded a KC designation in 2013.

Professional Associations include the Canadian Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, ADR institute of Alberta, ADR Institute of Canada, the Canadian Institute of Administrative Tribunals, the Canadian Institute for the Administration of Justice, Law Society of Alberta, International Association for Conflict Management and the Association for Conflict Resolution.

Ms. Young sits as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of the Legal Archives Society of Alberta and is also on the Board of Directors for the Alberta Pianofest Society.
