Lesha Van Der Bij is the CEO and founder of Optimize Legal, a legal information company. Lesha develops databases and automated systems to simplify the process of tracking changes to the law. Optimize Pensions, a signature Optimize Legal service offering, provides law firms, pension plans, and businesses with timely and comprehensive updates on pensions and benefits legislation, regulatory policy, and consultations. Before starting Optimize Legal, Lesha worked for several years at a national law firm practising pensions and benefits law and leading knowledge management initiatives.
Lesha holds an LL.B. from the University of Toronto and a B.A. from Western University.
