Lesley Maisey is a Canadian Certified Occupational Health Nurse and registered nurse with certified practice, holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Arts from Royal Roads University. As part of running her own consulting firm, she specializes in disability management, working with organizations to navigate complex cases, and developing effective medical accommodations that align with both policy and human needs.
With a career grounded in building relationships with multiple stakeholders, and 25 years of practical experience, Lesley brings a nuanced perspective to labour relations and workplace health. Her work supports creating and maintaining healthy work environments and safe, sustainable return to work plans.
Outside of her professional life, Lesley is an endurance athlete, competing at Ironman events internationally; a testament to her endurance, discipline, and commitment to every challenge she embraces.
