Lisa Gallivan practised labour and employment law with Stewart McKelvey in Halifax from 1996 to 2017 and is currently a sole practitioner in Halifax. Lisa has represented both employers and employees and currently has a practice where she provides advice on all aspects of labour and employment law including employment contracts, discipline and termination, occupational health and safety, workplace investigations, and employee training. She was a member of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal from 2011 to 2018.
Lisa holds a BComm., M.B.A., and LL.B. from Dalhousie University. She was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 1996.
