Lisa Goodfellow is the National Leader of Miller Thomson’s National Labour and Employment Group, working out of Toronto, where she represents and advises employers in a wide range of employment and labour relations matters, including wrongful dismissal actions, human rights, employment standards, executive compensation, collective bargaining, labour board applications, arbitrations and workplace investigations. Lisa helps clients navigate complex and ever-changing labour and employment laws to find practical business solutions. Lisa is recognized in Chambers Canada, Lexpert and Best Lawyers for Labour & Employment law. She is Co-Author of the Employment Litigation Manual published by LexisNexus.

Lisa holds a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Toronto and an LL.B. from Western University. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 1993.
