Liz Horvath is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional on a mission to make work a great part of life for as many people as possible. Drawing on a deep passion for helping people succeed, Liz has helped numerous organizations over the past 30 years create healthy, safe, and productive workplaces where people can flourish.

Following her passion for minimizing suffering so people can live full and productive lives, Liz’s previous roles include: OHS Manager in unionized manufacturing facilities; Senior OHS Consultant in Gowlings’ National OHS Legal, Consulting and Training Practice; Project Manager for CSA Group’s OHS Program, including leading the development of the first edition of the National Standard of Canada for Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace; and Senior Advisor, Psychological Health and Safety for the Mental Health Commission of Canada. 

Through Hale, Liz’s work is grounded in risk assessment and control coupled with management systems integration, equipping people to work successfully and navigate change in ways that minimize the risk of harm to workers.
