Lou is a workplace investigator and a labour and employment lawyer with fifteen years’ experience practicing in the area of workplace law. Lou works with a variety of clients in the public and private sectors.
Lou has experience in working with both union and non-unionized clients and primarily acts for management. She brings a wealth of experience working with both large national employers as well as small business owners and professional service firms. Lou advises and represents clients on issues that arise in the workplace including human rights issues, bullying and harassment complaints, drafting and interpreting employment contracts, workplace policies, and collective agreements.
