Marcie Hawranik is the Founder and CEO of Canadian Equality Consulting (CEC), dedicated to helping workplaces build inclusive cultures that drive retention, business growth, and embrace the future of work. She is also the Founder of Equality 360, a platform focused on high impact microlearning for inclusion, belonging, and building thriving organizational cultures.
With a background in human rights and conflict resolution, Marcie holds a master’s degree from the Maxwell School at Syracuse University. She has presented on gender equality at the United Nations, Canadian House of Commons, and the World Bank. Recognized as a SHE Innovator by UN Women for her work on gender equality, she has also received the Premier’s Award of Excellence for innovation. She is a Top 40 Under 40, and under her leadership, CEC won “Top 10 D&I Firm in the World” and was honoured multiple times by Canadian Business for “Most Supportive Workplace Culture.”
