Margaret Bramhill’s practice encompasses a broad range of civil and employment litigation. She provides individuals with strategic legal advice at every stage of their career. Margaret’s area of focus is employment law, and she regularly advises employees on a variety of legal matters from the negotiation of employment offers to wrongful terminations, constructive dismissals, human rights disputes, and workplace sexual harassment and assault claims. Margaret also advises companies on employment-related matters, including compliance with applicable workplace laws as well as the drafting and negotiation of employment agreements for prospective candidates.

Before co-founding KBA Partners LLP, Margaret practised as an employment lawyer and litigator at a preeminent litigation boutique in downtown Toronto. She obtained her J.D. from Queen’s University in 2009 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2010. Margaret volunteers with Pro Bono Law Ontario (PBLO). She has been active with The Advocates’ Society Labour & Employment Group since 2018. Margaret served as chair of the Advocates’ Society Labour & Employment Practice Group for the 2021 to 2022 term.
