Margaret delivers workshops and conference presentations on mental health and psychological health and safety in the workplace, often on behalf of the Canadian Mental Health Association, BC Division. She also serves on the Advisory Committee to the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion.

As Senior Consultant to the Canadian Mental Health Association from 2005 – 2013, Margaret managed workplace initiatives including national Bottom Line Conferences. Prior to 2005, she held positions as Senior Advisor, Executive Development for the University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business; Director, Client Service Delivery with Western Economic Diversification Canada; and in Canada’s foreign service at embassies abroad.

Margaret graduated from the University of Montpellier (France) with an MA. She completed executive training through the National Defence College, UBC Sauder School of Business, and the Canadian School of Public Service.
