Matt Hiltz has a law degree from the University of New Brunswick and is a member of the Law Society of New Brunswick, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers. He provides legal advice and representation to the New Brunswick Nurses Union on a variety of legal, policy, and legislative initiatives. Matt is Chief Negotiator for the NBNU’s three collective agreements, and also sits on the pension board of trustees for the Union’s Shared Risk Plan for Certain Bargaining Employees.
