Megan Kheong advises employers on all aspects of employee relations, including the development of workplace agreements and policies, legislative compliance, hiring, discipline and termination issues, injunctions for breach of non-competition/non-solicitation/confidentiality, human rights compliance and accommodation, occupational health and safety complaints, and investigations and compliance. Megan also assists employers with workplace disputes, and holds advanced certification in workplace investigations.
Megan has appeared before all levels of court in Alberta and has experience with pre-trial hearings and applications, mediations, trials, arbitrations, and Labour Relations Board and Human Rights Commission hearings.
