Meghan Burton is the Organizational Development Advisor for the Mental Health Commission of Canada. She has over a decade of experience working across various industries. As an Organizational Psychologist she utilizes her knowledge and experience to foster people first approaches that prioritize employee wellbeing and organizational success.

Meghan’s work spans various areas including talent management, health and safety, talent acquisition, compensation, change management, learning and development, and strategic planning. As an experienced educator and facilitator, she is an advocate for personal, professional, and organizational transformation through learning.
