Michelle Phaneuf is a trainer, assessor, and facilitator with more than 10 years of experience enhancing the psychological safety and fairness of Canadian workplaces as a partner at the Workplace Fairness Institute (WFI). Michelle has developed and delivered training sessions to numerous public sector and private sector organizations. She has presented at conferences with a focus on harassment, psychological health and safety, respectful workplaces, and conflict resolution. Michelle provides workplace assessments to shift cultures in favour of greater fairness and psychological safety for all participants.
Michelle holds a Professional Engineer designation and a Chartered Mediator (C.Med) designation from the ADR Institute of Canada. She is a Certified Psychological Health and Safety Advisor through the Canadian Mental Health Association, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and a Workplace Fairness Analyst (WFA) through WFI.
