Najeeb Hassan is currently the Associate Chair, Mediation and Adjudication of the B.C. Labour Relations Board, prior to which he was both a vice-chair and the Board’s Registrar. He has almost nine years of mediation and adjudication experience and practised labour and employment law in Vancouver for close to 25 years. Najeeb has been recognized by Chambers Canada; Who’s Who Legal, Labour, Employment and Benefits; Best Lawyers in Canada, Employment and Labour Law; and the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as an exceptional labour and employment lawyer. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Victoria and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario.
In early 2025, Najeeb will be commencing a private mediation and arbitration practice.
