Natasha Zervoudakis is a partner at Sherrard Kuzz LLP, one of Canada’s leading employment and labour law firms representing employers. She provides the full range of labour, employment, and human resources services to unionized and non-union clients, from day-to-day support to sophisticated, strategic advice.
Natasha regularly represents employers at collective bargaining and before arbitrators and vice-chairs including of the Ontario Labour Relations Board and Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.
Her expertise includes collective agreement interpretation, policy development and application, discipline and discharge, accommodation and human rights, managing absenteeism, contracting out and classification issues, grievance arbitrations, employment standards, and management rights.
Natasha is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators and Law Society of Ontario.
