Niki Lundquist is in-house counsel to Unifor and, prior to that, was in-house counsel with the Canadian Auto Workers. She is cross-appointed to both the Legal and Human Rights Departments and is the National Staff Liaison for Workers with Disabilities. She has advocated at every level of court in Ontario and at tribunals across the country. In her roles with Unifor, Niki is responsible for providing both legal and strategic advice on a wide variety of human rights matters. She regularly lectures on issues around drug and alcohol policy, testing, accommodation, and the impact of cannabis legalization in unionized workplaces.

Niki holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004.
