Padraigin Murphy is an associate lawyer in Koskie Minsky’s Pension and Employee Benefits Department and a member of the Tax Group. They have experience advising unions, plan administrators, board of trustees and their advisors, and consultants on a range of pension and benefit issues, including regulatory compliance and income tax issues in the context of pension and benefit fund investments.

Padraigin also represents injured workers before the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Tribunal.

They have contributed articles to Canadian Tax Focus, the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans’ Legal and Legislative Reporter, and the Industrial Accident Victims Group of Ontario Reporting Service.

Padraigin is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and recently completed a Professional LL.M. in Tax Law at Osgoode Hall Law School.
