Patricia (Patty) Deol is a partner at Koskie Glavin Gordon in Vancouver and has been practising labour law for over 20 years.

Patty has wide-ranging experience in the fields of labour and human rights law, regulatory defence and occupational health and safety, advising clients across a broad range of industries in the private and public sectors, in both the federal and provincial jurisdictions. She has appeared before labour arbitrators, administrative tribunals, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Boards (FPSLREB), the B.C. Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal, and the Federal Court. Patty holds an LL.B. from the University of Alberta and a B.A. from the University of British Columbia. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2000.
