Paul Todd is the Senior Director of Labour Relations at the Health Employers Association of BC (HEABC). Paul leads two teams of labour relations professionals who provide support to health sector employers across six collective agreements. During the most recent round of bargaining, Paul was the lead negotiator for the Health Services and Support – Community Subsector.
Since 2016, Paul has worked at HEABC in a variety of roles representing health sector employers in mediations, arbitration, and at the Labour Relations Board. Paul holds a J.D. from Queen’s University and a B.A. from McGill University. He was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2012.
