Richard Hyndman is a Research Officer for Alberta’s largest union: the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE). In this role, Richard provides economic research and analysis to support negotiations and arbitrations. Richard has over 12 years’ experience as an Economist in both the public and private sectors. Most recently he worked as a Health Economist for the Government of New Brunswick where he was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee Medal for his work during the COVID-19 pandemic.
