Rick Coleman is an active arbitrator and mediator based in Vancouver. His practice spans the public and private sectors in both the provincial and federal jurisdictions, in British Columbia, Northwest Territories, and the Yukon. He is a member of the Arbitrators’ Association of British Columbia, and the Collective Agreement Arbitration Bureau’s Register of Arbitrators. He is also a member of the Federal Labour Program List of Arbitrators.

Rick holds an LL.M. from Osgoode Hall Law School (2010), an M.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of British Columbia (1977), and a B.A. in Economics from the University of British Columbia (1974). He is a frequent presenter at Labour Arbitration and Human Rights conferences and seminars.
