Rob Richler, a partner at Bernardi Human Resource Law LLP, leads the firm’s employment law team. He often advises organizations on responsible artificial intelligence (AI) integration in their human resource areas and has been a frequent presenter on the subject. He’s also been instrumental in introducing AI and other tech advancements at the firm.
With experience as an employment and labor lawyer in private practice and as in-house counsel at a multinational corporation, Rob is able to assist his clients in all their employment law matters. Rob is licensed in both Ontario (2008) and British Columbia (2019) and provides his services in both jurisdictions. This background, along with an M.B.A., gives Rob keen insights into organizational needs, especially concerning employee-related decisions.
Working with both unionized and non-unionized employers and employees, Rob finds cost-effective and innovative solutions to legal conflicts. He also conducts workplace training and investigations for employers of all sizes through the Bernardi Centre.
