Ross Gascho is a partner at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP, leading the firm’s national Pension and Benefits group. He advises private and public sector clients on all aspects of the implementation, administration, funding, communication, investment, governance, and wind-up of pension, retirement, benefit, and profit-sharing plans. Ross is recognized by Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory, Best Lawyers, and Acritas Star for his pensions and employee benefits expertise. He is chair of Fasken’s Pension Committee. Ross was called to the Ontario Bar in 1990.
