Ruth Strong has recently retired from full-time work and is now working on short-term contracts. Her last full-time role was with the City of Edmonton where she had various roles that included the negotiations of several collective agreements. She was also responsible for supervising employees who were providing day-to-day labour and employee relations advice to leaders across the City of Edmonton. Ruth has worked in both public and private sectors and participated in and led bargaining in both sectors.
