Sandy Donaldson is a Senior Legal Advisor with the Ontario Nurses’ Association in Toronto. A graduate of the University of Ottawa, Sandy has been practising labour and employment law since his call to the bar in 2007, in both private practice and in-house union counsel.
Sandy was counsel on WSIAT Decision 2157/09, a Charter case which expanded the ability of workers to receive compensation for mental stress cause by workplace incidents.
