Scott Sterns practised Labour and Employment law for 32 years, retiring from practise in 2020. He now works exclusively as an arbitrator on labour and employment matters, primarily in Atlantic Canada. Scott holds a B.A. from Acadia University (1984) and an LL.B. from Dalhousie University (1988). He was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 1989, the New Zealand Bar in 1990 and is on the Nova Scotia Minister of Labour’s list of arbitrators.
