Sean Kelly

Sean Kelly is an associate in Stewart McKelvey’s Halifax Office. His practice is focused on management-side human resources, employment, and labour law including: human rights litigation and investigation; occupational health and safety; wrongful dismissal claims litigation; discipline, performance management termination and severance advice; grievance arbitrations; employment standards complaints and litigation; union certifications/de-certifications and Labour Board appearances. Sean is a member of the Board of Governors at NSCAD University and a member of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers.

Sean holds a B.A. (Hons.) from Mount Allison University (2003), an M.A. from McMaster University (2006), and an LL.B. from Dalhousie University (2010). He was called to the Bar of Nova Scotia in 2011.
