Shelina Neallani is a mediator and lawyer with over 30 years of experience, practising with Southern Butler Price LLP since 2019. Shelina brings a wide, varied approach to her work, which includes workplace assessments, coaching, training, and facilitation, focusing on communication, conflict resolution, and well-being.

In addition to being a lawyer, Shelina is a non-practising Registered Social Worker with the British Columbia College of Social Workers, an accredited Family Law Mediator and Arbitrator, a member of Mediate BC’s Civil Roster, and former member of the Family and Child Protection rosters. Shelina graduated from University of British Columbia (UBC) Law School (1989) and UBC School of Social Work (1986).

Shelina has taught at the post-secondary level and has been a frequent presenter and writer in the field of conflict resolution and wellness. She established a practice focusing on helping others resolve disputes to become the best versions of themselves and to improve their workplace culture. Shelina has mediated for Supreme and Small Claims Court matters and has consulted on projects related to dispute resolution systems design and justice transformation initiatives on behalf of clients, including Legal Aid BC, Mediate BC, and the Province of B.C.
