Sophie Arsenault is a partner at Fasken’s Ottawa office. She practices in the areas of employment, labour and human rights law and assists clients on various matters, including employment standards, labour relations, wrongful dismissal claims, human rights complaints, provincial and federal pay equity plan development and maintenance exercises, and a wide range of proceedings before the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Canada Industrial Relations Board. Working with both unionized and non-unionized employers in a variety of industries, she also appears before several levels of court in both civil, criminal and quasi-criminal matters.
