Sophie Arseneault is a partner at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP’s Ottawa office. She practises in the areas of employment, labour, and human rights law and assists clients on various matters, including employment standards, labour relations, wrongful dismissal claims, human rights complaints, provincial and federal pay equity plan development, and maintenance exercises. Sophie has experience with a wide range of proceedings before the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Canada Industrial Relations Board. While working with both unionized and non-unionized employers in a variety of industries, she appears before several levels of court in both civil, criminal, and quasi-criminal matters.
