Stefanie Quelch is the associate general counsel for the British Columbia Teachers’ Federation (BCTF). Stefanie provides advice to the BCTF on bargaining, collective agreement implementation, privacy, disability benefits, labour relations issues, and health and wellness programs. Stefanie has been in-house counsel at the BCTF for more than 10 years. Prior to working at the BCTF, Stefanie worked for a labour and employment firm in Vancouver where she represented employees and unions. Stefanie has a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta. Stefanie is a member of the Canadian Association of Labour Lawyers, the Canadian Bar Association, the Canadian Association of the Practical Study of Law in Education, and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
