Tenniel Brown, B.A., M.S.W., R.S.W. is a former post-secondary professor who currently works as a speaker, facilitator and trauma therapist. Tenniel is an anti-oppression and inclusion expert with over 15 years’ experience working collaboratively with diverse clients from various unions, sectors and industries. She is a passionate and experienced racial trauma expert and leadership coach, dedicated to strengthening the resilience of marginalized people in all institutional settings. She specializes in supporting trauma informed spaces in Canadian workplaces and post-secondary institutions. Tenniel is founder and co-owner of two organizations the Centre for Anti-Oppressive Communication and Browns Consulting which she runs with her husband Marcus Brown.
