Thelma Zindoga is a seasoned employment lawyer based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Her practice involves advising employers on a comprehensive range of employment, labour, and human rights matters. This includes everything from pre-employment and hiring issues to the preparation of employment agreements and policies, as well as complex human rights-related workplace issues. Thelma’s expertise also extends to performance management, terminations, wrongful dismissal claims, workplace violence and harassment, accommodation, and occupational health and safety.
