Thelma Zindoga is an associate with Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP and has as a broad employment and labour law practice. Her practice involves advising employers on a wide-ranging spectrum of employment, labour, human rights matters, including matters relating to pre-employment and hiring issues, preparation of employment agreements and employment policies, risks and complex issues arising in connection with human rights considerations in the workplace, performance management, terminations and wrongful dismissal claims, workplace violence and harassment, accessibility, and occupational health and safety. She also frequently provides employment advice in relation to commercial transactions and commercial litigation matters. In addition to her employment practice, Thelma also advises employers on employee privacy matters.

Beyond the practice of law, Thelma has a keen interest in global affairs, internal relations, politics, and social justice issues. Thelma is a passionate advocate for anti-racism and equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace and society as a whole. Thelma is also an alumnus of the United Nations Association-Canada International Development and Diplomacy Internship Programme.
