Tina-Marie Bradford is a lawyer who works as a staff representative at the British Columbia General Employees’ Union (BCGEU), a union with 80,000 members in 550 bargaining units. She has represented the BCGEU and union bargaining associations in both the public service and private sectors in various types of proceedings, including arbitrations, labour relations board proceedings, employment insurance hearings, and court proceedings.

Prior to moving to the BCGEU in 2003, she practised law in Vancouver with McGrady, Baugh & Whyte, specializing in labour and administrative law and civil litigation.

Tina-Marie holds a B.A. (Hons.) from Simon Fraser University and an LL.B. from the University of Victoria. She was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2000.
