Tonie Minhas is a Canadian Certified Inclusion Professional and leads the Neuroinclusion Services at auticon Canada. She brings more than 10 years of experience from the public and private sectors where she worked with both businesses and historically marginalized communities to develop and implement inclusive and trauma-informed workplace solutions. Tonie’s background in adult education, as well as her lived experience as a neurodivergent and racialized woman, drives her passion for inclusion.
