Trevor Sones teaches workshops on conflict resolution across the country for both the public and private sectors. Trevor has also been an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business for the last five years, where he is one of the top-rated faculty teaching courses that cover conflict resolution, labour relations, leadership, and negotiations.
In addition to his university work, Trevor has been a full-time mediator for the B.C. Labour Relations Board for over 15 years. He has over 2,000 days of province-wide professional conflict resolution/negotiations experience, spanning nearly every industry in the private and public sectors. Trevor also has an MA in Dispute Resolution from the University of Victoria.
