Vicki’s practice focuses on the areas of employment, human rights, privacy, labour and administrative law. She advises employers on a wide range of employment, personnel and labour issues (including collective bargaining). She is valued by employers for her accessibility and capacity for providing prompt day-to-day advice and is particularly known for assisting employers with the accommodation of employees under the human rights legislation, and defending complaints made against employers to the Human Rights Commission. Vicki also practices in the area of privacy law and provides advice to clients regarding privacy complaints and privacy breaches. Clients appreciate Vicki’s ability to maintain her composure, her perspective, and her sense of humor. She has appeared before all levels of court, arbitrators, and the Alberta Labour Relations Board.
