Victoria Merritt is a senior associate at Dentons Canada who works in the Vancouver Employment and Labour Group. Victoria has experience advising employers on managing all aspects of their workplace, with a focus on providing direct, practical advice that facilitates proactive risk management and early conflict resolution. Prior to joining Dentons, Victoria practiced at a boutique employment firm advising both employees and employers on human rights and employment law matters. Victoria is a member of Dentons National Workplace Investigations group, and conducts workplace investigations on behalf of clients.
