Lancaster House Return, Refund, and Credit Policy

Conferences, Workshops, and Professional Learning Programs

In the event that you are unable to attend a Lancaster House conference, workshop, or professional learning program, Lancaster House will allow substitute delegates for conferences and workshops at any time. If you or your organization requires this option, please contact our Customer Service department.

If attendance at a conference/workshop cannot be substituted, Lancaster House will offer a full credit note, provided that the notice of cancellation is given no less than 4 weeks prior to the date of the event. This credit can be used toward future purchases at Lancaster House within an 18-month period beginning from the original date of the event.

Amounts and products eligible for redemption are outlined on each credit note.

Credit notes will not be offered if notice of cancellation is given less than 4 weeks prior to the conference/workshop date. All conference credit notes must be redeemed within 12 months from the original event start date.

(Temporary COVID-19 Waiver of 4-week notification policy)

Please note that cancellations or postponements as a result of COVID-19 do not require a 4-week notification in order for a credit note to be provided.

Subscription Services

There will be no refunds given for cancelled subscriptions, either on new orders or on renewals.

Books and Loose-Leaf Services

Lancaster House offers an exclusive FREE TRIAL PERIOD of 30 days. If during this time you are not satisfied in any way, please return the text for a full refund within 30 days. All expenses associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer.

No refunds are offered on books or loose-leaf services outside of the 30-day no-obligation trial period.

eBooks and Downloadable Audio Conferences

No refunds are provided for downloadable content.
