William (Bill) Rigutto has practised law for over 30 years in the areas of franchising, labour law, human rights law, and disciplinary law. Since 2009, he has been a member of the Disputes and Arbitration Department of the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees (AUPE). He regularly represents AUPE and its members before the Alberta Labour Relations Board and various disciplinary tribunals, interest arbitration boards, and labour rights arbitration boards. Bill has been involved in several leading labour law cases.
Bill holds a B.C.L. and a B.A. from McGill University.
