Colin Edstrom is a partner at Pushor Mitchell LLP. He advises and represents employers in labour and employment law, workers’ compensation, occupational health and safety, and human rights. Colin has appeared as counsel at all levels of court in British Columbia, the Federal Court, collective agreement grievance arbitrations, and various administrative tribunals, including the Human Rights Tribunal, the Employment Standards Tribunal, the British Columbia Labour Relations Board, the Workers’ Compensation Board, and the Liquor Control and Licensing Branch. He was called to the bar in both British Columbia and Alberta.
