Daniel Wilband has practised law since 2016, focusing mainly on labour, employment, and human rights. He has represented employees, unions, and employers in non-unionized and unionized workplaces, and has experience in collective agreement matters, constitutional law, and complex human rights issues. Currently an associate at Lawson Creamer, he has practised labour and employment law in many settings, including as in-house counsel to large union local. Daniel studied law at McGill University, was a clerk at the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and has taught the Labour Law course at Dalhousie University. He is a member of the Nova Scotia Bar and the New Brunswick Bar.
