Devyn Cousineau (she/her) was appointed as a full-time member of the BC Human Rights Tribunal on November 1, 2017. Prior to her appointment as a member, Devyn served as legal counsel for the Tribunal. After graduating from law school, she clerked at the B.C. Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. Devyn practised at a legal non-profit organization, practising anti-poverty and human rights law on behalf of low-income clients, and in a labour law firm before joining the Tribunal.
 
Devyn holds a law degree from the University of Victoria (2006) and a B.A. (Hons.) from McGill University (2003).
