Jennifer Khor (B.Sc. Hons, LL.B.) practises law with a focus on supporting clients who have experienced gender-based violence. She was admitted to the Law Society of British Columbia in 1997. As supervising lawyer for Community Legal Assistance Society (CLAS)’s SHARP Workplaces Legal Advice Clinic and Stand Informed, she supervises delivery of trauma-informed legal advice services and provides legal advice to clients who have experienced sexual harassment and sexual assault. Jennifer leads CLAS’s campaign against the misuse of non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) in silencing and perpetuating trauma on complainants. She is a member of the Uniform Law Conference of Canada’s working group on NDAs. Jennifer has worked on access to justice, human rights, and gender equality rights internationally. She regularly develops and delivers education and training.

Jennifer is chair of the Canadian Bar Association (CBA) Access to Justice subcommittee, member of the CBABC Branch Policy and Advocacy Committee, and the Steering Committee of the National Association of Women and the Law (NAWL). She has been a past member of the CBABC Branch Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee and Professional Issues Committee; West Coast LEAF Board; and co-chair of West Coast LEAF Legislation and Law Reform Committee.
