Professional Learning Programs

In partnership with colleges and universities, Lancaster House offers professional learning programs that provide practical education in the field of labour relations and human resources. The professional learning programs equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to build and maintain effective union-management relationships. These programs are available in both virtual and in person formats, and are taught by Canada’s leading labour relations scholars and practitioners. They combine theory, research and professional experience to provide an education that has immediate application in the workplace.
The programs result in a certificate confirming completion of the course.
